Leaving for Aurora Cruise in 6 days. Any blog requests?

We sail on Aurora on Monday 2 March.

 

I'll try to do some quick blogs of the trip while aboard.

 

If anyone would like me to post quick pictures and descriptions of anything while I'm aboard, please let me know (before we leave :) )

 

It's much easier to blog that to post to a discussion board because i can do it all via email. That's the main reason I can can't post directly here while cruising.

 

The cruise is ex Sydney to Wellington, Napier and Auckland.

Hi Neil, see on another thread you have been upgraded well done, I think on short sectors it is pot luck and if there are good cabins available you can get them, friends of ours got a mini suite on Oriana in 2006, was I jealous, we just got upgraded to outside and A deck, Looking forward to pics of the rooms and of course the view from your cabin, and your review, have a great time and I hope it isn't rough.

Thanks Neilius, any info would be appreciated here. We're sailing Pac Dawn Feb 2010 circumnavigating NZ so any info/pics would be great. Hope you have a fabulous trip and look forward to a review on your return, would love to know what you did at each port. Not long now, lucky you!:)

we hope to join the Aurora in San Francisco 3/23.

I beleive the Aurora cancelled its NZ ports, and in fact it is still in Auckland as of 3/11 .

Any comments and are there vacant outside cabins ?

It has to get to San Francisco first.

Still in Auckland and the port schedule had her down for leaving at noon today but that has been changed again to 6pm tonight.
