ExploreroftheSeas92 Posted February 28, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 28, 2009 I am not sure if someone else mentioned this, but the Oasis of the Seas brochure on the official website has been updated (although it still says 10/22/08) which now includes more information on stateroom categories including layouts, and the deck plans for the ship. All now available in one download. However, when looking at the deck plans in the updated brochure, you are able to see some updated things in the deck plans. Most of these changes aren't really a big deal to most of us, but I thought I point them out. *Izumi Japanese Cuisine has been renamed to Izumi Asian Cuisine *The retail in Central Park will be COACH *This is an interesting thing to note, the Madame Zamara's tattoo parlor is no longer listed, instead it just says "retail". *On deck 4, the Hall of Odds has been moved to the opposite side of the ship and the Museum of Gaming is no longer listed. *I'm not sure if this was a printing error but on deck 3 aft elevators area you can see some sort of staircase. -Again, these small changes can be seen by downloading from the E-BROCHURE on the Oasis site where the deck plans are now listed in the back of the brochure. If you want to compare the old and new deck plans, the 2nd link still has the original deck plans.
viva-vegas Posted February 28, 2009 #2 Share Posted February 28, 2009 Where might you find these new changes? Both graphics on http://www.royalcaribbean.com and http://www.oasisoftheseas.com are not showing the changes indicated. Thanks, Craig MKE
viva-vegas Posted February 28, 2009 #3 Share Posted February 28, 2009 Sorry, found the changes available for download here - http://www.oasisoftheseas.com/downloadBrochure.php?id=1 By adding that "stair case" it looks like they killed cabins 3558 and 3860 (and made an odd shaped 3862 cabin. Silvery Seas Cruiser Posted March 13, 2009 #10 Share Posted March 13, 2009 That brochure is so inspiring. I just can't wait to sail on this innovative ship. The word "awesome" is overused, but I can't think of a better word for Oasis.
