Sea Lion Encounter in Samana

Its not really an excursion. It is a roped off area in the water were they and bring about 15 people at a time in the water(waste deep). Then they bring out the seal from a pen. They just swim it around everyone, pet it and take photos. It isn't a major production are anything. It is done very low key locals on the island(Cayo Levantado). No website, reservations, phones, ect.

I wouldnt do it. We took the excursion to just go to the beach which is alot cheaper. Later in the day they bring the sea lion and the monkeys down the beach and you can have your picture and a chance to hold them then. They sell the pictures in a little hut on the island for 10.00 a piece.
