Don't Have The "Big One" AT SJU

As Mr. Small stated, San Juan is not a third world country. It is legally part of the US. I cannot imagine ANY international airport would not have an AED in this day and time. Long flights are notorious for causing blood clots in the legs which can lead to a heart attack or stroke. I work in an ER where we have seen this many times. An AED can be a lifesaver in many instances and not having fast and efficient paramedic service is surprising. I am not a believer in frivolous lawsuits by any means, but if bringing legal action would save even one life I hope th Small family pursues it. My condolences to the family.
