South America on PA11--October,09

Narita

Recommended Posts

In investigation stages with money down on Quayaquil to Valparioso--in October. Can anyone help me find what the weather may be like along the coast at that time of year?--how to dress?--? who has traveled there? Are the stops freqented by travelers? So many unknowns--any information will be appreciated.

Thanks Duct tape for that excellent weather website.

As I'm also looking into PAII cruises, I was interested in the weather.

Guayaquil's October average is 78 (85 max - 71 min).

Narita, I was wondering whether you were looking at the mountains, rather than the coast, or whether you were looking further south than Equador?

When I looked at each city listed it gave the average as well as highs and lows. So I noted quito, Equador Supe, Peru-VAALPAISO, cHILI-, Arica, Chili Iquique, Chili---- qUAYAQUIL. eCUADOR etc. Averages in October were in the 60's. at least thats how I read them on weatherbase.com
