Yes the wine package you buy online is the same price as when you buy it onboard. See you in 21 days!!!

One confusing thing is if you buy the W&D pkg online precruise the price indicated includes the 15% gratuity and when you buy it onboard, it is advertised without the gratuity which is than added on when you purchase this package. In both case the price is the same.

No advantage I can think of. Slight disadvantage in that you keep you money for a shorter period of time.

We buy ours onboard because my husband likes to try each one of the wines beforehand at home, so he knows which package to purchase. We just buy a bottle a week from what is offered so we know what we like best. Unfortunately, most of the wines offered are not what we prefer, so sometimes this helps. Enjoy your cruise!

Also know that they may run out of some of the wines. From what I have read here, they will not substitute other bottles, simply reduce the choices available to you.

IF you buy onboard, AND have an onboard credit, it will be applied toward onboard purchases. Online purchases will be immediately applied to your credit card.
