bambam26 Posted March 25, 2009 #1 Share Posted March 25, 2009 Does anyone know if I Can't believe its not butter spray is available on Princess? I am watching my diet and this is something I use a lot?
Sea Hag Posted March 26, 2009 #2 Share Posted March 26, 2009 All I've ever seen is real butter, but somebody else might have different into. Good luck on that watching the diet thing on a Princess ship. Just when you think you're doing okay, they spring afternoon tea or hot chocolate ship cookies on you! :D
cb at sea Posted March 27, 2009 #3 Share Posted March 27, 2009 Ask for olive oil, instead, for dipping!

bubbie617 Posted May 2, 2009 #5 Share Posted May 2, 2009 If it's that important to you, take it with you and keep it in the fridge in your room. Take it to the dining room for meals.
jmk171 Posted May 14, 2009 #6 Share Posted May 14, 2009 I'm no expert but ICBINB has trans fats - most of the veg oil spreads still have trans fats which are much more dangerous than the calorie threat of butter or olive oil. Just in case you weren't aware, even those that say NO Trans Fats do have as little as less than 1% which is still worse for you than butter!
