Any recent E. Carib cruise comments re CENTURY??

We fly a week from tomorrow & board on Sat 4/17 for our 1st Celebrity cruise. Any advice or comments from recent cruisers on this trip regarding the Century or ports? Did anyone try the bio kayak excursion in San Juan? Is St. John as beautiful as I've read? Each hour seems like a day right now, lol.
