How much time needed before flight?

The Mercury arrives on a Sunday as well as 2 other ships so there will be lots of pressure on cabs and on Customs and security at YVR. Likely your best bet is to use US Direct and for your conveience I will post a link below. The key with the US Direct program is that you airline must be a participant and you must purchase a ships transfer. With the program you avoid having to clear Canadian Customs at the cruise terminal and US Customs at YVR. You can make a flight as early as 12:30 pm with the program but 1 pm is better. There are a number of flights between YVR and LAX so you shouldn't have a problem. Hope this helps.:)

We are disembarking off Celebrity Mercury (we are in a suite) at 0700am and will then catch a plane from Vancouver to LA.

How much time should we allow from boat to flight leaving?

Thanks in advance! :)

In 2007 we disembarked in Vancouver and it took at least an hour and a half just to get through security at the port. Then it was another hour and a half to two hours just to get through customs at the airport.

What time of day was this? We're taking a 9PM to Seattle to catch a redeye. How early should we head to the airport? There are 3 ships in port on this Saturday.

Thanks

Diane
