We are definitely buying the Roma Pass for our 3 days in Rome, but does the Roma Pass also include the train from Civitavecchia to Rome? What about the Roma Pass Piu?

Neither one includes the train to Civitavecchia. Nor do they include trains to/from FCO.

No. Civitavecchia is not within the zones even for the Roma and Piu pass. We are getting the "piu" pass because we are going to Tivoli to Villa D'este.
