Too late to book Eli's, Lawrence, Paddles?

We are on the NCL Spirit 12/17 sailing and will be in Anituga on the 23rd. Is that too late to book something with Eli's, Lawrence or Paddles?

We just got back from a Constellation cruise and we used Lawrence's van and driver on the 9th of Dec. He has more than one van and has contacts with other drivers. You may also just get someone when you get there......some drivers offered their services for even less than Lawrence........although his tour was very good. There is a lot of people there to offer you their sevices......tourism brings them money.
