city tour of Fairbanks

We will be arriving around 4 pm the day before our cruise tour begins and we would love to take a city tour of Fairbanks. Is there a hop-on, hop-off bus? Or is there a tour that we can book that would pick us up at our hotel? It is a Princess cruise/tour and we don't know our hotel yet.:)
