Do I need to bring a carseat for my little ones to use in cabs, or will they allow lap babies for a short distance? Didn't know what the laws are there. Anyone else have to bring a carseat? How did it go?

Wouldn't this depend completely on where you're going and your level of comfort in the safety of lap babies?

You are absolutely right. We are going to Bahamas/Key West.

In Key West, you won't need a cab--they have "trollies" and no car seats are needed.

Can't help you with the car seat laws in the Bahamas....If you want to go to Paradise Island, take the ferry---no carseat needed for that!

We don't mess with car seats and long story short, you'll be fine.
