Explorer Aft cabin Deck 9

If you have the corner aft cabin, you'll be overlooking the rear of the ship....there's really no way to know which direction (or even which dock) the ship will be facing....they dock differently all the time.

No--you'll have to use the passenger stairs/elevators to go from deck to deck.

Yes the aft cabins on deck 10 can look down on to your balcony, We were on the Mariner last summer and had an aft 10th floor cabin. A section just outside your door is covered and we could see there.
