Is There Concierge Service for JS Passengers

We are on the Navigator in a Jr. suite near the Concierge Area - what exactly does that do for us? Anything at all would be appreciated.

We enjoy the Concierge Club - a place to go for cocktails before dinner (or any time for that matter), appetizers, munchies, early morning cappucinos, etc. This service including drinks is all complementary.

I wonder why the Concierge Club would be on deck 9 where most of the JS cabins are. The other suites are on deck 10 - ODD PLANNING.
