75 lbs lost so far.... major pms today. bought myself a GIANT hershey bar and ate one square, then realized THIS IS IT, if i can stop myself now, then I can stay thin forever! I just now put the rest down the garbage disposer- I didn't just grind up that candy bar, I threw away the old me! To everyone else struggling with the weight issues- stay strong and keep going!!!

A Hershey bar would be no temtation to me. I could grind that up in a second. But give me Lindt or Toblerone or something simialr and I'm a gonner.
