we just did the shark encounter at dolphin cove at the beginning of May. There were only 6 people doing it with us that day, so it make for a wonderful experience. you become a part of their shark show. you get to pet and feed the sharks. this part takes about 10 minutes, but then we were able to snorkel with them for about another 10 minutes. it is absoultely one of the best experiences of my life and i would recommend it to anyone. it's worth every penny, and you'll love every bit of it!

We swam witht the sharks and loved it. After a short do's and don't do's presentation you are taken into the shallow end of the water and you sit on bench's in the water with your lap under the water. They will place a shark on your lap. Some of which are pretty big in size. You will get to touch the shark and feed it. Be ready, when you drop that fish in the water the shark will suck it in so fast and with such power you'll have to double check to make sure your leg is still there.

Afterwards you are given about 30 minutes or so to snorkle around with them. SO you do get to spend at least an hour with them. We got there a head of time and they let us go in the sting ray area and hold them and snorkle around with them. Its pretty cool!
