SDPadreFan Posted May 23, 2009 #2 Share Posted May 23, 2009 Something you should probably ask your doctor. We don't really know the condition of your shoulder.
cruiserbryce Posted May 25, 2009 #3 Share Posted May 25, 2009 I believe that would be quite painful...

lbfluffy Posted May 25, 2009 #5 Share Posted May 25, 2009 I wouldn't do it. You don't want to be in pain for the rest of your trip. You have your arms above your head, which could cause you some discomfort. But see what doctor says.

PennyAgain Posted May 31, 2009 #7 Share Posted May 31, 2009 You don't need a bigger tear!
crzndeb Posted June 1, 2009 #8 Share Posted June 1, 2009 It really depends on how high you can raise your arm without it being to painful. Do you need surgery or are you just going thru physical therapy. I had a slight tear and then got a frozen shoulder because of it. I had finished my PE for the freeze about 2 months before I went on the ziplines and didn't have a problem. I still have a bit of pain when my arm is completely extended straight up, but nothing that I can't deal with. But you definitely need to check with your orthopedic dr.
