There are several good restaurants in Barcelona - specially the tapas is excellent.

But I can recommand these restaurant for you:

Senyour Parallada (http://www.senyorparellada.com/)

Typical Catalan food with an internal touch in the "hip" Born district. A very popular restaurant, so I will recomand you to book your table in advance.

Agua, on beach about 10 minutes from the Ramblas. The duck confit was the best we've ever had and the view and atmosphere was fantastic.

 

The best part was two dinners and a bottle of wine came to 70 euros. Great food and value..
