Casino Question - Cash Needed?

Recommended Posts

I understand that you can get cash through your seapass card in the casino. how exactly does that work? and when you win and redeem your chips, do you get cash for your chips or does it get posted to your seapass account?

I can't tell you about the winnings part because I didn't have any... but...

I just showed the teller my sea pass.. asked for an amount and they gave me the cash.

I imagine chips are turned into cash and not put back onto your sea pass.

Chips are turned into cash. I hope this helps!

Yes, chips are turned into cash and not credited to your account (not that I've had a lot of experience with this). You can get cash on your Sea Pass account at the casino (now that is something I'm more familiar with!).

When you color up and cash out for the night, you are given US cash for your chips, regardless of what you used to buy them in the first place. If you withdrew the money from your Seapass account, and it is over $50, they will credit up to the amount that you withdrew to your account. So, if you withdraw $200, and end the night with $500, you can credit up to $200 back to your account, and then get the rest in greenbacks.

Big payouts for the slots are the same principle. They give you the payout in cash, and then if you bought $100 in tokens, you can deposit $100 of your winnings back into the account.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
