Cruise Critic's Celebrity Mercury review: family info accurate?

Just read this on CC's official review of Celebrity Mercury:

"The X-Club is organized by age groups: Toddlers (under 3), Ship Mates (3 - 6), Cadets (7 - 9), Ensigns (10 - 12) and Admiral T's (13 - 17). There's a colorful enclosed outdoor play area at the Deck 9 aft Fun Factory. Staff is beefed up during family friendly Alaska itineraries.In-stateroom babysitting is available with 24-hour notice for children six months and older for $8 to $10 per hour."

First off, Celebrity's website says 12 months and up for in-cabin babysitting (although, we all know things can be different on the ship than is described on the cruise line's website). Secondly, I'm pretty sure there's no under-3 program on Celebrity, but maybe they mean there's an under-3 play area sometimes?

Anyone been on Mercury who can tell us for sure?

I found on the Celebrity site that parents can come in and play with the Under 3's during certain hours.

And the in cabin sitting is 12 months, the CC review is wrong (or outdated, it used to be 6 months)...

Mercury is now Celebrity's oldest ship of their fleet and they don't have nearly the accommodations for families as their other ships.

In cabin sitting is definitely for children age 12 months and older. It's on a first come first serve bases and there's an hourly charge.

There is something known as Toddler Time on Celebrity ships, and on my last cruise it was a 45 minute time block, twice per day. The parent must stay with the child the entire time in the playroom. They do not change diapers, but do provide a lavatory for the parents to change the diapers of those who are using the 45 minute Toddler Time. The official kids club starts at age 3 and the kids must be completely toilet trained.

Unlike other ships from Carnival or RCI, Celebrity Mercury doesn't have a dedicated baby/toddler play area such as a splash pool where diapered kids are allowed.

Some of CC's reviews are very out of date and you should believe the website information as that is updated much more frequently.
