malily Posted June 7, 2009 #1 Share Posted June 7, 2009 Hi everyone, By way of introduction, my husband and I are first-time cruisers and new to Cruise Critic. After many years of talking about a cruise vacation, we finally decided to do it and will be sailing on the Voyager's Baltic Sea cruise (Stockholm to Copenhagen) on July 31, 2009. We have booked cabin 943 on deck 9, and with all the discussions regarding Voyager's vibration issues, we are somewhat concerned about our location on the ship. If anyone has stayed in this cabin or near it, we would appreciate hearing your comments about the cabin and its location on deck 9. We are very excited about the trip - many have said this is a wonderful cruise! We look forward to hearing from you...thanks very much. Rare RachelG Posted June 7, 2009 #2 Share Posted June 7, 2009 The vibration won't be a problem there. We were in 747 a few years ago, and it is further aft than 943. No vibration.
greytstuff Posted June 7, 2009 #3 Share Posted June 7, 2009 We were in 930 in 2007 for the Transatlantic Crossing and never felt any vibration at all. Don't think you have anything to worry about. You will absolutely love the Voyager, it's a wonderful ship.
