It was listed on our pre voyage documentation for Med Medley (Apr 20) as a tender port, but when we got on board it seemed that it wasnt. It didn't make a lot of difference in the end as the Captain decided that things were a little too windy for Monte Carlo and anchored at Villefranche instead. That definitely was a tender port. Alghero - definitely tenders. But, again we had to skip that one as the weather was too bad, so we sailed straight on past and headed for Mallorca. We also tendered at Gibraltar but, from what I can gather, that was because we were delayed and another ship took our berth at the cruise terminal. Don't know about Livorno - it wasn't on our itinerary. J
Rare Host Sharon Posted June 15, 2009 #3 Share Posted June 15, 2009 When QE2 was scheduled to visit Livorno last May, we had to go to La Spezia instead. That is definately another tender port.
