Question for steve tucker

I don't want this question to get lost in the other posts:

Today, Sweetpea just returned from Cloud and commented on the mini -- or soft -- refurbishments.

She said although service and food were excellent, it looked tired, scuffs on furniture, etc etc. See her posting.

Steve, I was under the impression she was out of service for basic refurbishments to take care of wear and tear, installation of new flat screen TV's, not major rehab, but to fix effects of service.

I'm boarding in Montreal in October. Please tell me what to expect. Thanks.

I was on the Silver Cloud a year ago, before the renovations, and had no complaints even then about scuffs and such. Just did not notice anything like that, and I can get snobby about things like that, especially when spending a lot of money on a luxury cruise!

Though, as I've said before, the towels were rough.
