noodles62 Posted June 28, 2009 #1 Share Posted June 28, 2009 Hi, We will be on the QM2 for the Fourth of July Getaway. I was wondering if there are hairdryers in the staterooms. We have an atrium view room. Thanks so much.

Cruise NH Posted June 28, 2009 #4 Share Posted June 28, 2009 as mentioned, hairdryers are in every room, but...if you're like me and have a very hairdryer dependant hair style, you may want to take your own. Last year we did two TA's, I didn't take my hairdryer and I was sorry. The provided dryer just didn't have enough power to do a good job. We did a 23 day Med sailing this year and I took my own hairdryer...I was much happier.

I was warned on these boards about the hairdryers before our cruise--I was SO glad I had my own--the dryer was attached inside a desk drawer, and you had to hold the button down the entire time you were drying!! If you can manage it, I would suggest bringing your own.
