Does anyone know who is Butler and concierge on Gem for suite 10666

We are booked in our first ever suite and was wondering if anyone knows who the butler and concierge is on the Gem. We are looking forward to experiencing our first suite.

will be sailing on july 12th. alex forbes will be our concierge, and i've heard he is great. as for the butler, i'm not sure who is assigned to our cabin[9170].

I thought Alex came back early from vacation just to work the current Oprah charter. I might be mistaken. :confused:

i thought alex took his vacation earlier this spring. i was told he would be back on the gem by the time we sailed. that was before the queen of daytime decided to spend some loose change, so maybe he won't be on our sailing after all.

I believe Alex took a four week vacation and will continue on after the Oprah cruise too. If I interpreted correctly, he's able to have more freedom and choice of vacation time so requested the 4 week.

We were on the T/A 4/18 Sailing in suite 10164. Alex was the concierge and our butler was Mark Santos.

 

Mark was fantastic!! He takes care of his guests and ask him about the pretzels .....

 

The romance suites on the Gem are the best!

I can't wait until my trip November 29. It seems so far away. I am looking forward to being in my first suite. I am also thrilled will be able to go on suite line to get on ship too.
