Dine Ashore?

We read something on a blog about coupons to dine ashore while docked in St. Georges in Bermuda but haven't seen anything else on it. Anyone familiar with these or are they an urban ship myth?

NCL used to have such a program, but it was discontinued.

She rescinded NCL's license to use her name so they had to shut down a fine program.
