Where is the Port for AOS RCI

We booked a cruise for AOS on August 23rd...looking for a hotel close to the port, any ideas which port it is?

 

I'm travelling with DW, DD2, and DD5 - should I book a place close to the port or something quieter??? Also looking to buy a few provisions prior to the cruise, so looking something close to a drug store or similar!!!

AOS is at the Pan American Pier. There are not really any hotels within walking distance of the pier. We are booked on her in April and we are staying at the Holiday Inn Express - which looks pretty close to the pier. Not sure what all is around there as I've never stayed in San Juan before.

Any hotel in Old San Juan will be close to pier (but not walking distance)

 

There is lots of info in the threads here about hotels.
