How long do discounts stay on the website?

Just noticed a residency rate drop (NJ) on my upcomming cruise. My TA is closed......will the drop still be there in the am? It wasn't there at 5 pm but its there now so it hasnt been available too long. :confused:

 

I shot the TA an email requesting the drop and I'll follow up with a phone call first thing tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Take a screen shot, it should be there in the am in my experience.

Thanks Sue! I did take screenshots LOL. I have them saved just in case but will the TA honor them in the event its not on the website in the am? I don't know why I'm so worried. :o

Rec'd a phone call from the TA first thing this morning! They have applied the discount and a confirmation email is on the way!!! Woohoo!!

Good for you!! And thanks to your post I just found a price drop for 3 of our cabins for our Oct. Enchantment cruise....only $8 per person...but better than nothing...:D

You got lucky. This exact scenario is why I book directly with RCL. I have seen discounts disappear in a day or week, there is no way to know.

The odds are pretty fair that it will be there in the morning, but who knows. It's all generated by computer programs which monitor vacancy and bookings
