Fritz Instead of trying the usual way by going to before you board and then online check in, try going to your cruise reservation in "my cruises". There is a link to do your online check in there. Perhaps it's because you are trying to check Inn at the wrong Inn. :D You haven't mentioned your sailing date, but if you are too close, you will not be able to check in on-line.
