Boarding Time

We are booked on the Serenade Dec 12th out of San Juan for the Southern Caribbean. Ship is scheduled to depart at 8:30. What time do they allow you to board?

When we sailed out of San Juan we were able to board around Noon time. We spent the entire day on the ship. We could not get into our room until 2:00 so make sure that you bring a bathing suit in your carry on. Happy sailing

agreed we actually were allowed in our stateroom around 1 but we got on the ship by 11

When I left out of San Juan I got on line about 11 am and was allowed ito the terminal shortly after that, processed and then sat until about noon when they let us on. And as the prior poster stated, cabins were not available until about 2 so have your bathing suit if you want to go in with you in carry on.
