Compact Waterproof/Fogproof Binoculars?

What are some good compact waterproof/fogproof binoculars for cruising as well as land touring? Around $100 would be great. Leaning more towards an 8 x 40 or so binocular.

We have the Nikon Adventure Extreme 8 X 40. $129 from binoculars.com (free shipping). Not really compact, but waterproof and fogproof. I haven't seen any compact 8 X40s.

Zen-Ray VISTA 8x42 Waterproof/Fogproof $130.99

This is what we have and think they are great. My husband had a problem with his 1 year old pair, emailed the company, mailed them back at Zen-ray's expense and received a brand new pair in response. We also have a pair of 10x42 but I think that the 8x42 are less shaky for me.
