We are doing Florence On Your Own off the NCL Gem Oct 4. How long does it take to go from the ship to Florence on the tour bus?? We are trying to make reservations at Academia and Uffizi and don't know what time to make the first reservation.

It takes approximately ninety minutes from Livorno to Florence.
