Cabin location importance-Celebrity Constellation

We were booked in Cabin 9127, but TA didn't pay Celebrity and our reservation was cancelled without our knowledge, and our reserved cabin was resold.

Celebrity has offered to sell us Cabin 9152 which is at the very end of the ship. Is that an undesirable location?

The cabins towards the aft of the ship have more motion, so if you are prone to motion sickness you will feel it more. That said, I'm really prone to motion sickness but with the right medication I'm not bothered.

That is a Concierge Class cabin - is that what you had originally booked? It has a larger balcony and some additional amenities that regular balcony cabins do not have.

From Celebrity's website:

When you stay in a Celebrity Concierge Class Stateroom on Celebrity Constellation, you will receive these added amenities and more:

• Welcome champagne

• Daily fruit selection

• Fresh-cut flowers

• Daily hors d'oeuvres

• Menu of pillows - Conformance, Body, Goose, and Isotonic®

• Duvets and pillow-top mattresses

• Leather key holder, personalized stationery and tote bag

• Double-thick Frette bathrobes

• Hansgrohe® showerhead

• VIP invitations to events

• Early embarkation and debarkation

• Dining and seating preference

• Preference on shore excursions

• Express luggage delivery

Hope you dealt with your TA appropriately.

There is no question that being mid ship has less motion but the area with the most motion is the front of the ship.

We have been on the sister ships of the Millie and while not in your cabin we were in the aft of the ship and we were fine.

I always recommend preparing for rough seas so regardless of where you are located bring some remedies with you to deal with rough seas.
