Anyone else only come to CC when they have a cruise booked?

I don't come here unless I have a cruise booked because I get depressed that others are cruising and I'm not. Anyone else do that?

HHHHHEEEEELLLLLLLLLLOOOOO clerky96: I don't. I am usually here most of the time. I give others the benefit of my experience on cruise lines and ships. And of course, in the casino. I don't get depressed when I'm not going on a cruise. I always have another cruise to look forward to.

That seems like a great goal. Hope you are able to meet it. :D

.

I'm good for a while. Our first cruise was 2004 and two weeks after that cruise I had my 2005 booked. Going on 2009 cruise in Nov. My 2010 is booked. When I return from Nov cruise I will start planning my 2011 (that's going to be my Seamiles Rewards free cruise) When I return from 2010 cruise I will start planning and paying for my 2012.

But I also know all about the best laid plans of mice and men.

I have learned more about cruising by networking on this site than I have from reading commercially published articles, magazines or books inlcuding Fodor's and Frommer's. CC is a treasure trove of information.

That said, I am with those who visit more frequently when having a cruise booked. Otherwise, I rarely drop in. I cruise once a year on the average, so my absence isn't for any great length of time.

I hate all of you with multiple cruises booked

Me, too. :D

We are fortunate to cruise once a year. That said, this year we will have cruised twice. A 5 day to the Bahamas last Feb (it was cold there), and a 7 day W Caribbean coming in Oct. We have cruised the W Caribbean before, but cruising Carnival this time.

DH just retired June 1st, and so we will have to see how the money situation works out before I book a cruise for 2010. :o
