Construction project at Cruz Bay?

What is the big construction project going on in Cruz Bay? Hope it's something attractive and in keeping with the look of the harbor area. We've always thought that the small harbor at Cruz Bay was one of the prettiest areas we've seen in the Caribbean. I know nothing stays the same but it sure doesn't look very nice right now... can't stop the wheels of "progress" I suppose. Islander, do you know what it is and when it will be finished? thanks! Two projects in that area:

 

The one right on the hillside in Cruz Bay over toward Gallows Point is a condo project. Not sure what the dates are.

 

Enighed Pond Marine Facility (estimated completion May 2005)

Developing a cargo facility. Its not right in Cruz Bay where the passenger ferries come in but one cove over to the right.
