Annieeee Posted August 28, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 28, 2009 I was just cheking out the Radiance Panama Canal full transit for 9/24/2010 and I noticed that there is a "new" category. Two Bed Room Suite W/Balcony Deck(s): N/A Occupancy: N/A It says not available online. Has anyone seen this category before? Just curious. Annieeee Looks like it's a new name for the RFS, the Royal Family Suite.
Annieeee Posted August 28, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted August 28, 2009 I thought it might be the family suite, but was not sure. Wonder if they have any other surprises for us? Annieeee
John Henry on CC Posted August 28, 2009 #4 Share Posted August 28, 2009 Yep, just checked RC's site's deck plans. That's definitely it.

Annieeee Apparently, it has been demoted. It's no longer REGAL. :D
39august Posted August 28, 2009 #6 Share Posted August 28, 2009 After April, 2010, some of the most coveted D1 cabins are being "demoted" to D2 on Radiance class ships, notably those aft balcony cabins, making them a little less pricy.

I believe RC is actually adding an D category for more than two paxs/connecting cabins to make these more expensive to book for those who require them and the D2s will be priced at the old D1 level. Also the deck 10 aft D cabins will still classed as 1s even though they hold only two paxs.
