Can't recall MKing if you sailed Prima before or as I think one Prima cancel. But what you describe is what we experienced on our TA and common theme. Beautiful ship, innovative additions, too small venues. The can't put my finger on is the vibe. I'd say it was leadership related but there have been many turnovers yet seems same problems.
