jocko4279 Posted July 28, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 28, 2016 I just booked the Pride for the third year in a row next summer. I agonized over it a bit (for about 18 hours). I was thinking I really wanted to try the Magic out of Orlando, different itinerary , different ship. But it really came down to the Pride is the perfect ship for us, not over the top crowded, within easy driving distance, nice enough amenities, food options. And I do love me some Grand Turk & HMC. I can see now why so many people do annual cruises on the Pride, she's tough to beat!
KevInPitt Posted July 28, 2016 #2 Share Posted July 28, 2016 Agreed. We love the Pride so much we've not yet had the itch to branch out and experience something else. Maybe someday. :)

Port of Tampa Posted July 28, 2016 #4 Share Posted July 28, 2016 We loved the Pride and plan to cruise on her in February 2017 providing we get another casino offer. We are trying the Magic for the first time in September 2016 hope we love it...the Breeze was fantastic and is the sister ship. Cheers and happy cruising! asalligo Posted July 28, 2016 #6 Share Posted July 28, 2016 My favorite ship so far, just the perfect size and passenger ratio. I would be cruising her again in March if she was not on a 14 day Panama Canal trip during my week off.
MalleyCat Posted July 28, 2016 #7 Share Posted July 28, 2016 I love the Pride, by far, my favorite ship to date. We were going to book her again, but found a Vista cruise at the same time for a better price and couldn't pass it up. I'm hoping we don't regret it! Evie You've thrown me for a loop on this one, Evie. But I'd happily sleep in the lifeboat if I could figure out a way to join you. :) Edited July 28, 2016 by KevInPitt

Foxinspace Posted July 28, 2016 #15 Share Posted July 28, 2016 Sailed Pride once. Rebooked her again for 2018. Flight time to Baltimore makes for a great Port and love the class of ship.
SurferJoe57 Posted July 28, 2016 #16 Share Posted July 28, 2016 Love Pride; have done 3 on her (and Miracle to Hawaii). The extra topside weight from the additional pool does make her stern shimmy s bit thought, but we love being able to cruise locally.

VASOXFANN Posted July 29, 2016 #19 Share Posted July 29, 2016 We love the Pride. Heck, we even were married on her. The size and amenities are perfect, and Baltimore is an easy port within driving distance. We are trying her sister ship, the Miracle, in February. Can't wait! :)
magnetlady4u Posted July 29, 2016 #20 Share Posted July 29, 2016 Hello Pride lovers! Can someone going on her in the next week please come back and tell me who the Alchemy bartenders are? Know Gabriel is off the Pride. But is Andre and Elana (sp?) still there? They both make great drinks! Thanks for the help!

nodogkisses Posted July 29, 2016 #23 Share Posted July 29, 2016 Hello Pride lovers! Can someone going on her in the next week please come back and tell me who the Alchemy bartenders are? Know Gabriel is off the Pride. But is Andre and Elana (sp?) still there? They both make great drinks! Thanks for the help! I was on the Pride in April and will be on her again in November. We spend a lot of time at Alchemy and Andre is one of our favorite bartenders. He said he would be going on vacation but returning to the Pride. I'm not sure of specific dates, but he will be back by November for sure. I'm in the Pride repeater club, as I've been sailing on her twice a year for he past for years. It's a habit I can't break.
