Can I buy drinks package for just last 3 days of a cruise on serenade of the seas?

Well you don't need to buy the drinks package from Day 1. If you are on a 8 day cruise you can decide to purchase the drink package on Day 4 but but you will be charged for the remaining days left. You couldn't by the drink package for a couple of days only eg if you only wanted the package from days 3 to 5. That is my understanding of how it works. So if you are wanting for the last 3 days of your cruise then yes you can and just buy it on board.

You can not pick and chose the days you are buying it for . It has to be so many days in a row. Lately on RCL thy have been selling a drink card usually 10 drinks for $79 .

You can purchase the drink package on board at anytime during the cruise as long as there at least four days left including the last day.

Meaning consecutive days with the purchase of the package. In other words it can be purchased on board day one and for the rest of the cruise, day two and for the rest of the cruise, and so on, but it must be by a time where it will include the last four days.

Correct regarding not being able to pick and chose and with regards to the drink card as stated. But the package must be under the conditions as stated in my posts above.
