We have not moved to the TA as yet though we have the option to have the same Aft cabin that we have for the first cruise from Miami.

Avacation ... Have you tried ringing MSC ? I doubt that the TA is sold out.

There seems to be fair availability on the USA site, across many categories. There is data missing ("deck undefined"), but that is to be expected I suppose. It did assign a cabin number, though attempting to switch cabins or view detail did not work.

I successfully booked a yacht club suite on this voyage from Venice to Miami.

Although the English website shows 'SOLD OUT' across the board, this is not the case. There is considerable availability.

MSC are not offering a flight package to and from the UK, which makes it more difficult for us

to get a decent return option, and of course, in any event, flights will not be on sale until after Christmas.

I could do a mock booking and it looked like most categories were available. I'm in the US. it was $1,800 + for a Bella inside and up from there. Just saw Mike's post and I experienced the same issues with trying to select another cabin.

Called my TA and she said Yacht Club only has one cabin left. It was almost $9,000 for three! Yikes! Needless to say, I said NO! We are booked in the Royal Suite on Seaside in mid January and it was 1/2 that price.

Just booked! It's a Wellness Balcony. I really don't understand what's included but I hope I pick the right experience. Does this include Bella and Fantastica also? They say Forfait Mealtime Drinks and free shore excursions of 3 ports. Anyone have any more input or info please? This will be my first MSC cruise, my first Europe adventure, and my first Transatlantic. I was previously booked thru NCL but canceled to try this mega ship. Thank You in advance.

I wonder if this will be for every passenger or just those from North America ?

It does seem somewhat odd for MSC to be offering Wellness as an add on to other ships in the fleet when they do not have all of the things being offered on Seaside!

I'm seeing lots of yacht club availability on this cruise from us sites- no where near 9,000 either. If you are super interested in yc this sailing, you may want to try a different agency.

I changed my Wellness balcony to a YC interior for 2 with taxes and pre Gratuities is almost 6k. So add another person I don't think they give discounts. I usually cruise cheap with NCL and RCCL thru there casino programs but this will be my first MSC sailing so no discounts. I just hope it's worth it!

Interesting that it sails from Venice. Guess they are anticipating that Venice will relax their requirements on ship size - unless they are really sailing from Marghera...EM

I think MSC Seaside will sail from Trieste and not Venice:

http://www.mscfans.it/2016/04/22/fes...e-msc-seaside/

Yesterday, on the sidelines of the Coin Ceremony MSC Seaside held in Monfalcone, the Executive Chairman of MSC Pierfrancesco Vago has released a short but interesting interview with a local journalist by leaking the news that the ship before leaving Italy and from for positioning cruise to Miami it will be hosted by the port of Trieste. It is not clear whether it will be also the port of departure of the cruise, in place of Venice, as posted on the new catalog.

In the article in which we have dealt with the theme of "vernissage" Cruise had drawn to the problem of a departure from Venice for well-known vicissitudes related to the passage of ships from the basin of San Marco and then the choice of Trieste we seemed the most plausible, moreover adopted by other companies.

When asked by a journalist on a future switch to Trieste MSC ships, Vago responds by citing a promise made to local institutions, in particular the Governor of the Region, a big party in Trieste for the delivery of the ship, a kind of Italian that will precede baptism to Miami, to give the opportunity to the city, to the families of the workers and those who have contributed to the realization of Seaside to see the "jewel" built and his departure to the United States.

Then meet in Trieste to the end of November 2017? Maybe. We will keep you updated as always on the developments.

had another reply from MSC UK who tell me that there is an issue with the booking system in the UK with the Seaside TA and have passed it on to the relevant people now that I have made them aware that it shows everything as Sold Out! ...

Hello Sidari and Kelownabccan,

This reminds me of when we were discussing the TA on the Divina...

Will you be on this TA, too? I booked it 2 weeks ago. Let's hope there won't be any "fun day" in Miami this time...

Hi MM ... Would not rule out MSC changing the latter end of the TA for Seaside to go into Miami a day early, in fact I would be upset if they fail to do it! Would like to be on it but my other half can no longer get that length of time off from work, we are booked on the first Miami sailing in an Aft suite.

According to an email received ten minutes ago the sailing is 23.12.2016  LOL.

With the ship not even built yet the December 23rd 2017, sailing itinerary has been changed already ... :D
