Allure of the Seas-Unlimited Drinks Package Question

Can anyone explain how the unlimited drinks package works on the Allure of the Seas. I have prepaid the package. When I get on the ship, do I have to do anything special to start using the package or is it just ready to go?

The process is very specific.

Step 1. approach the bar, ANY bar

Step 2. order your favorite drink

Step 3. have the bartender swipe your card, and don't pay

Thanks, on Princess a couple of years ago, I had to get a sticker put on my card before I could use the package.

They've been preprinting the cards, otherwise they will put a sticker on it when you get your seapass before you are on board. Covers drinks up to $13 on Allure (drinks over that you pay the difference)

If for some reason you do not have a drink package sticker on your SeaPass card when you receive it, they should be able to fix that at any bar.

 

Just got back today, they put a sticker on you sail card, that's how the bar tenders know.

We had a sticker that says DX on our sea pass card when we picked it up. Then just go to any bar and order your drink. No charge. (up to $13) Don't forget to get bottled water from any bar also.

Just off the Allure 8/20 and had unlimited package.

At the port check in, the RCI rep said that my card was ready to go because it said Coca Cola on it.

Went to my first bar and was told no dice, without DX sticker. Just had to go back to deck 5 to receive my sticker.

No worries after that and I must say it was well worth the price paid
