They have displays set up at the Puerto Paraiso Mall, the big mall on the marina. I think there is something going on in the town square also. It's very low key compared to Halloween. Because there are so many Americans and Canadians living in Cabo, the Mexicans have embraced Halloween and it is a huge celebration. Adults and kids in costume by the hundreds. They don't say trick or treat, they say Halloween. Giant bags of candy disappear in no time.
