What is the difference here at the Windstar board to the Regent or Seabourn boards where the "referral threads" are sticked at the very top by the hosts and are frequently used?

There is no difference on the other boards. That's why I said they should "delete them ALL."

Taking money under false pretenses--and that's what this is--is ripping off. Cruise Critic is apparently a willing enabler.
