Dream - Embarkation Day - Best Place to Eat Lunch

Hello, 1st time on the Dream. Where is the best place to eat lunch after boarding the ship on embarkation day? Any help will be appreciated.

On the lido deck go all the way to the back buffet... then keep going. On the left side are stairs to the Cucina del Capitano. It's free during lunch. Here's a link to photos on Zydecocruiser's amazing webpage

I would go to the Pasta Bar, on the Dream it is called Pasta Bella. It is only open for lunch and is not very crowded on embarkation day.

I absolutely agree. I LOVE Tandoor.

Thank you, JaneyLynn, do you know if they have any gluten-free 'pasta'? My wife is gluten-sensitive, but can do a little, if she has to.

They do have options, but tell them when they seat you so they can make it specific for her serving.

I would do the Pasta Bar, it will get crowded as the week goes on.

WLHyatt, thank you. When I looked at the pictures in the link above, I saw no gluten-free options. We follow that protocol when in the MDR, so this makes perfect sense - thanks for the reminder.

Just off Dream last week, dont remember Cucina being there, only premium, for-a-fee dining was Steakhouse.....................?

The Dream doesn't have the Cucina restaurant. It has Pasta Bella, which is only open for lunch.

Lots of good choices, we like to sample them all
