Yes, it is on deck 5 I think, beneath the lifeboats. I forget how many laps = a mile. I think it was 3.5 but don't quote me. There is no running between certain hours of the night and early morning. You will also be impeded occasionally by crew working on that deck. We found it sufficiently wide, dry and uncrowded at most times.

There are unisex steam and saunas in the men's and women's locker rooms. They are free to use. They are small similar to the unisex steam/sauna in larger ships like the BA and GA.

In the spa area. The spa is really small. A few treatment rooms and licker areas. No thermal suite.
