Non-Golfer on Golf Cruise

We've booked a cabin for Quest's July 11 sailing, billed as "Irish Sea & British Open." I've just read a CC review of last year's British Open sailing, noting that some of the "larger bars" were closed to passengers who had not signed on for the Perry Golf experience. Can anyone tell me if this is SOP for Azamara's golf cruises? Will I, a non-golfer, be denied access to portions of the ship which are otherwise available to all guests on Azamara's non-golf cruises? This will be our 4th voyage with Azamara, but our first sharing a partially-chartered ship.

Please, can anyone with prior experience let us know what we might expect? Many thanks-

We were non-golfers on the July 11 cruise and it was a non-issue.

This year it was a July 4 cruise, but essentially the same British Isles itinerary, with the same golfers' package, as the one you're asking about.

We went two years ago on same British open cruise. Not an issue about events on board being exclusive. Actually never would have even thought it was a ship with golfers. Great cruise to the British Isles too:D
