Hi! I am planning a caribbean cruise with my two sisters and we are looking at the Neptune Suites on Eurodam. I want to make sure we have enough space and a good location so could you share your experiences with these suites. Thank you for any help and advice.

I did a 10 day Canada-New England on Eurodam in Suite 7050 with three people. The suite can be arranged with twin beds and the sofa has a double (queen?) hide-a-bed which provides ample sleeping. The member of our group on the sofa had no complaints about sleeping on it. Closet space is massive, there is a double sink vanity, and a dressing area, so there really shouldn't be an issue with three people in a cabin that is double the size of a verandah cabin.

Location is a question of preference. I liked 7050 because I could walk out the door and into the Neptune Lounge to pick up coffee and snacks. Noise was not an issue at all. Some people prefer the aft wraps--they're good for access to dining, but a longer trek to places like the spa or the casino. Also, aft wraps are differently configured, so the couch might only provide a single, rather than a double (still should be plenty of space for three people though).

We've been in aft-wraps for the last several cruises, and in 7132 on the E'dam last January. The 270 degree view on the veranda is awesome, and would be more accommodating seating-wise for three adults. That being said, they are slightly smaller inside than the mid-ship suites, but will handle a three adult configuration as mentioned in another post. The aft location is great for pool, Lido, and MDR access, but you get your walking in for everything else on board. I look at it as passive exercise to offset my indulgences.

When do a Neptune Suite -- we much prefer the ones located near the Neptune Lounge. You are handy to the Neptune Lounge where you can quickly get a snack during the day.

You will also have use of the Pinnacle Grill for breakfast --same times and menu as the main dining room.

There are 3 closets in the vanity room area and 2 more full closets as you walk into the cabin as well as a closet where the safe is located and still storage in there as well.

Thank you for your responses! I so appreciate your feedback. I live aft balconies, but this time I think we will try and stay near the Neptune Lounge as I know it will make one sister very happy. Thanks again.

Besides the ample closet and bathroom space, there are far more drawers than two people can fill up. So that too will be fine for three people.

We were recently on the sister ship of the Eurodam in a Neptune Suite and while it is not as large as the Neptune suites on the smaller HAL ships ( R & S class), it will be a wonderful house party site for three people. You should have a ball enjoying one on the Eurodam.

Yes, the closer to the Neptune Lounge the better unless you do decide on the aft suite which has its other compensating joys.
