It can vary based on length of cruise and itinerary, but Holland America may do some solo gatherings.

HAL has them on the first night, which may coincide with late dinner. There may also be solo lunches in the dining room, on sea days.

There are many opportunities for solos to meet others while on board, without a specific "solo" event, though. A large table at dinner, sitting at the bar instead of a table in a lounge, joining in on games such as Trivia, just getting to a show early and chatting with the people around you, are all comfortable ways to meet others.

Being outgoing, friendly, and open are really the best ways to meet all sorts of people.

We have a great roll call for that cruise with several singles. Welcome to CC and hope to see you on the roll call. We are having a meet and greet on Feb. 23 and March 12 for those joining us in Lima and to share adventures. It will be at 10am in the crows Nest.

We have some really great excursions planned and a lot of them have room for one more so come on over to the roll call, look at the great adventures planned and maybe plan to get together with some of the other singles on the roll call.
