No excursions for my cruise on the website

This is our 4th NCL cruise, all our other cruises have been booked 3 months or less before the cruise. We are now booked on a January Canary Island cruise. When I look on the website at our booking there are no excursions listed. Is this unusual? When is the latest they could be posted? Thanks

This is certainly not unusual.

There is no specific time that shore excursions are listed. I've seen them appear over a year out, and other times only a few months out. Sometimes on a single cruise, different ports can have their excursions posted at totally different times.

At six months out, I would say that it's more likely than not that they would be listed, but it is certainly not unusual for them not to be.
